And NOW --I feel better

I colored my hair and now I feel better about the whole situation!

(that was probably the 'dumb girl' thing to say, but anyone who knows me knows a new hair do can fix a lot!)

Plus, when your kids are this cute, how can you not be happy... right?

Julia has developed a SERIOUS shoe fetish.

They are never on her feet because the second you put them on she is trying to get them off to get them onto her hands.

She doesn't care whose they are either. She just likes to roam around with shoes on her hands.

A few nights ago Kevin and I read

 -Green Eggs and Ham-

I was so giddy in the morning... I surprised him with Green Eggs and Ham.

When he tasted them he said,

Mom, I DO like green eggs and ham!

He chowed them down!  It was so fun!

At bed time (I hate bed time) we read Kevin a story and then he goes to sleep by himself.

Usually after 3 or 4 trips to the bafroom. (I'd tell him NO but he goes every time.)

This is usually how we find him when we check on him before we go to bed.

Except now, there is a crib mattress on his floor.

My Dad bought Julia a toddler bed at a rummage sale and some friends gave us a crib mattress.

Since I don't have it in Julia's room yet Kevin wanted it on his floor.

More shoes!

And more shoes...

the funny thing, She gets almost frantic when she sees a pair of shoes that don't have her hands in them.

My cousin gave us this outfit for Julia.  I've been holding off to put her in it because I wanted her to be walking and i wanted cute pics of her in this pretty white shirt.

But I also don't want to miss out on it. She wore it Sunday to dinner at a friends house.

It was OH SO CUTE.
