I hate Wisconsin...
Today I'm having a pity party.
I've cried my weight in tears.
I can't think of anything that I like here.
(Aside from the
wading pools,
the zoo,
the trees,
the fall, oh how I love fall in the Wisco.)
But those are all things I could live with out...
or find elsewhere...
Like in CHUBBUCK IDAHO.
Oh how I long to move home.
Err I mean back to Idaho.
This is home.
Today I hate it.
I hate that we got 7 inches of rain
in 90 minutes the other day
causing water problems.
Like the moron that decided to add a fire place to our house
did a TERRIBLE job constructing it.
Consequently,
tomorrow and Saturday we will be taring the siding off of the back of our house
by the fire place. Finding the nasty leak, taring out the nasty insulation.
Taring out the book shelf inside, replacing the sheet rock, and building it to be more attractive and less of an eye sore (i've hated it since I saw it!)
And last. Replacing the siding.
Which I'm sure will be great when it's done.
But as it turns out... our money tree also got 7 inches of rain in 90 minutes
stunting it's growth greatly.
Grrrr...
But as I sit here complaining
I remember all that the Lord has blessed me with
and since we've kept the commandments
things will be just fine
as they have been in every other
hairy situation we've had.
As per request,
the next time I write
there will be pictures of the kiddies.
(and I'll be happy again!)

:( I am going to be hanging mostly alone, I would be happy to entertain your kids too. Let me know!
we'll be out there soon! i have to say that knowing we'll only be 5 hours away is helping me not be so nervous. we'll be close enough to come help with your house too!
Jess, wish we could be there, buck up girl no pity parties allowed! I am sorry about the leak, you should have hired some professionals. I guess it is your time for the test, let's see how well you do. Blessings come only after..... although, it is nice to get them in advance. I wish I had a money tree to give you. Call me, we love you dearly. Dad
I know how you feel. It is just plain HARD being away from home. After living across the country, I told Taylor I am willing to live ANYWHERE within a reasonable driving distance! Wish we lived closer so we could do more with you guys! Hang in there!
