Grandma and Grandpa Gray

Of course a trip wouldn't be complete without pictures on the couch!
I'm amazed we got these, just a few minutes after getting our of bed we got a call that the Branch President wanted to meet with us thirty minutes before church started, which would mean we would have to leave our house thirty minutes earlier than we had planned. Even so, we brought our A game and had time to spare and boy am I glad!

I was called as the 2nd Counselor in the Primary Presidency and Cody was called as the Gospel Doctrine Teacher. We are both excited about our callings. I've had a hard time adjusting my brain from Young Women's to Primary, but it has been fun. I sure do love the refresher course on all of the primary songs. My kids like having me in there. I think Julia was the reason I was called. :) She is really good in there, but no one liked telling this cute girl no! If she didn't get a turn then they'd do two of everything. Which usually means two opening prayers and two closing prayers. She is the queen of prayers. That has now changed and as much as she hates letting other people have turns it is a good place for her to learn such things! Primary in the summer time here is a big guessing game. We usually have ten kids and that includes nursery. But due to all of the summer vacationers, we never really know how many people to expect. It has been both challenging and fun to try to get things running smoothly so that we can easily adapt to any amount of children.
Cody has only taught one week now, I heard he did great. I'm sad I don't get to hear him teach though.
We are so grateful to have the Gospel of Jesus Christ in our life. We are very blessed to have so many opportunities to serve and we love it!
