#thepartyof2013

For my Mother for Mothers Day we gave her a whole bunch of photo albums and a promise to stuff them. It has been fun looking through all of the pictures. I hear all the time that Kevin is a double of my older brother J.D. Here is your proof.

We were also surprised to see how much Sam, my nephew, looks like Tyrel, my younger brother.

The kids have loved playing with their cousins. This particular day Jordin and I filled about 100 balloons with water and they all had a ball. Of course, for the 40 minutes of filling, there was only 2 minutes of fun, but it was serious, hard core laughter fun!

On Monday, the 22, Elena had the experience of getting her ears pierced. I'm in love! She did really well, and they don't seem to have bothered her since.

On Tuesday my niece, Lucy had her birthday party. You can't go wrong with 15 kids and this beast of a water slide. The kids had a ball and loved playing with so many kids.

We also enjoyed a Family Home Evening with Cody's extended family. It was nice to see everyone and hard to believe how much the cute little kids had changed in 1.5 years. It had also been so nice to have so many cousins to play with. Tonight we had to take Cody to the airport. He is off to work. As he was going through security my sweet kids were sobbing for their extremely handsome Dad and as we started up to the observation deck Kevin asked how many more days we would be in Idaho and I told him 32 days. I thought he was wanting to leave with Cody and so I said, we could go home but Dad will only be in New Hampshire for a few days this month and he turned to me said, "Go Home? I never want to go home!" Little does he know my heart says the same thing! I love being here. After watching a few planes take off and land I called my Sister in law Ashlynn and invited myself over to her house. We so bad miss living near J.D. And Ashlynn, our kids played so well together and it was nice to sit and chat for a bit.

We are so blessed to have the family we do and we know it.
